I tried to get an appointment with Paul Sadlon to change over my tires. They were all booked up and I couldn’t get an appointment to match my work schedule. I needed my tires changed over to the winters so I took the vehicle to another shop only to find out that they needed a special key to unlock the tires. I called Paul Sadlon as they were the last ones to change the tires in the spring. The service department was very accommodating. They told me to leave the vehicle they’d take care of everything. I was dropped off at work and later that day when the car was ready, they were kind enough to drop the car off at my work. This was greatly appreciated as I was unable to leave the store at that time of the day.
