Absolutely wonderful people to deal with great service

A very pleasant experience, everything went well. Left off 1 star as I had mentioned when I booked the oil change appointment that the vehicle was suffering form intermittent rough idling and there was no mention of them looking into this when I finalized the transaction nor in, or on the resulting bill which was emailed to me a couple days later. I thought this would be important to them with the history of problems associated with the 6.2L engines and the 10 speed transmissions.

I went into Sadlon Motors to see what they had and the options . I spoke with Gavin Grimwood and he showed me a few vehicles. I told him money was an issue, so he directed me to the newly designed Chev Equinox. There was absolutely no pressure. I thanked him then went to look at other vehicles. I decided the Equinox was what I wanted. I went back and spoke to Gavin once again. We discussed price and all the options. He was more than helpful and I purchased the car that day.

This was the best experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle. The other dealerships I went to did not stand up to the professionalism shown by Gavin and the team at Sadlon.
