Starting with the young girl in reception, over to the service coordinator Hailie, along with the other coordinator’s when Hailie was not available. They all worked as a team. I had an extensive amount of work done on my Silverado 2500. At one point I was asking some very in-depth technical questions. Hailie had no problem connecting with the Mechanic, actually put him on the phone with me. Now to be fair I have been buying my vehicles from PaulSadlon for more than 25 years.

The service is top notch as usual, however I have a suggestion, the service department should have a standalone oil change building so we don't have to either wait 2 hours or book an oil change two weeks out!

Matt is great, all staff were very helpful...... happy with my experience!
