The sales experience was great — friendly, helpful, and straightforward. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the after-sale service. I booked a service appointment online and was later rescheduled, and now I have to wait an entire month just to be seen. This is especially concerning because my new vehicle is showing a “service charging system” message, which I noted in the original booking.
I was told that other customers have been waiting three weeks, yet I’m expected to wait even longer. The lack of urgency, concern, and proper after-care has been disappointing. Because of this, I would be far less likely to recommend this dealership at this time.
